Visiting the website

When you open a page, the server records technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time and your browser type. This data is needed to deliver the site securely and is kept in server logs for a limited period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Contact and quote form

When you send a quote request through the form, we process the data you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, country, bag type and quantity, specifications and message. We use this data only to answer your request, prepare an offer and, if you become a customer, to handle the business relationship. A copy of your request is sent to the email address you provide.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request. We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and to meet statutory retention periods for business correspondence. We do not use form data for advertising and never sell it.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site. Google may process this data on servers outside the European Union. We use the information only in aggregated form to improve the website. You can prevent analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

YouTube and Google Maps

The company video on the home page is embedded from YouTube and the map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, both services provided by Google. When you play the video or interact with the map, your browser connects to Google's servers, and Google may set cookies and process your IP address and usage data according to its own privacy policy. If you do not want this, do not play the video or use the map; our address is also given as plain text.

Recipients and transfers

We share personal data only with providers that host the website and handle email, and with Google for the services described above. Where they process data outside the European Union, the safeguards required by the applicable law apply.
