Quality policy

Our quality policy puts product quality and customer satisfaction first. That means not only a good bag, but also on-time delivery and technical advice before and after the order.

Quality in fabric and other technical textiles

Quality in big bags begins in our own fabric plant. We use only virgin raw materials, always add UV stabilizers (150 kly as standard) and keep the share of calcium carbonate filler low to produce strong, consistent tapes. Modern looms give a constant fabric quality, and ultrasonic and hot cutting ensure that no loose threads contaminate the finished bags.

Our in-house laboratory tests:

• weight and dimensions of tapes and fabrics
• tensile strength of tapes and fabrics
• UV and weather resistance of fabrics
• electrostatic breakdown voltage of fabrics

Quality in big bag manufacturing

Big bags are sewn from fabric, loops and other technical textiles, and our experienced operators are the most important factor in keeping the sewing failure rate low. Quality in the FIBC industry means repeating the agreed specification several thousand times, which is demanding for a textile product but achievable. Product traceability, hair nets, steel grating floors so bags never touch the ground, hot cutting and continuous training all contribute.

Every single FIBC passes a visual quality control that checks features, dimensions, visible damage and any other irregularity. Bags are also tested regularly on our own test rigs, and external test houses certify them for food safety and safe working load.

Quality management

Our integrated management system is certified by CERTOP CO d.o.o. Kanjiža to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP. Details and certificate downloads are on the quality management page.

Delivery time: a full truck within three to four weeks

We can usually supply a full truck of individually specified big bags within three to four weeks anywhere in Europe. Three things make this possible: a large stock of semi-finished fabric and components, flexible production planning in the sewing plant, and the short distance from Bačka Palanka to most of our customers. Standard bags are also available from stock.

Recycling

Big bags are made from polypropylene, which is fully recyclable. Their carbon footprint is also favorable: empty bags need very little transport space, and a bag weighing only a few kilograms carries up to 2,000 kg, so little raw material is used relative to the filling weight.
