Printed big bags: your logo and product information on every FIBC
Flexographic printing puts your company name, product, hazard symbols and handling instructions directly on the bag fabric, on white or black cloth, in up to three colors per print pass.
DIV Trades flexo-prints big bags in up to three colors per pass, up to 1,000 × 1,900 mm, with Pantone-matched inks: logos, product names, warnings and handling instructions.
DIV Trades prints big bags (FIBC) by flexographic printing: the image is transferred directly from a flexo plate (cliché) to the woven fabric. Flexo is the standard technique for packaging. We print up to three colors in one pass, with a maximum print area of 1,000 mm wide and 1,900 mm long, on bags up to 2,100 mm high. The inks are alcohol-based with very good adhesion to polypropylene and can be matched to the Pantone color system.

What is usually printed on a big bag?

On UN big bags the UN marking and the ADR hazard labels are a required part of the print. On conductive Type C bags the grounding instruction and the Type C mark are usually part of the print.
How printing works in practice
Send us your artwork as a vector file with the Pantone references. We prepare the flexo plates and print the fabric before the bag is sewn. Print on one, two or all four sides of the bag is possible within the size limits above. The fabric color sets the background: white fabric gives the highest contrast, black fabric is typical for carbon black.
Printing or document pocket?
Printing is the right choice for fixed information that is the same on every bag. Variable data such as batch numbers and delivery notes go into a document pocket, which can be combined with printing.

What is the maximum print size on a FIBC?
1,000 mm wide by 1,900 mm long per panel, on bags up to 2,100 mm high.
Can you match our corporate colors?
Yes. The alcohol-based inks are matched to the Pantone color system. Exact appearance depends on the fabric color, white giving the truest result.
Can black big bags be printed?
Yes. Whatever the fabric color, it can be printed. White fabric gives the highest contrast.
What file format do you need for the artwork?
A vector file of the logo and text with the Pantone references. Our team confirms the layout and print position before the plates are made.
